Soften, energise and restore through pranayama, yin, vinyasa and yoga nidra

As autumn begins to unfold, this two-hour mini retreat offers space to slow down, reflect and reconnect. Through a balanced blend of grounding practices and breath-led movement, we’ll explore steadiness, gratitude and renewal — creating space to acknowledge what has been gathered through the season and what is ready to be released.

 

Moving between stillness and flow, effort and ease, the practice invites you to arrive fully in the present moment and transition gently into the rhythms of autumn.

 

What to expect:

 

  • Pranayama - gentle breathwork to settle the mind and deepen awareness.

  • Yin Yoga – a quiet, floor-based practice to soften tension and create space.

  • Refreshment & Connection – a short pause to enjoy a warm drink, reflect and connect with others.

  • Vinyasa Flow – breath-led movement to cultivate strength, stability and ease.

  • Yoga Nidra – guided relaxation to support rest and integration.

 

✨ All levels are welcome. Every body is unique. There’s no one ‘right’ way to move. Join the practice for £25 per workshop.

🧺 Mats and blocks are available at the studio, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

 

📍Verve Wellness Studio, Bedford Heights – free parking on site.
