Autumn Morning Vinyasa

Calm & Bright – A Festive Yoga Workshop

As the festive season gathers pace, take a mindful pause. This two-hour workshop offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your inner calm. Through gentle vinyasa flow, grounding breathwork, restorative stillness, and deep rest, you’ll find balance between energy and ease — leaving lighter, steadier, and quietly radiant.

Finding Your Rhythm – Winter Yoga Workshop

Start the year gently with a two-hour journey to reconnect body & mind. Through breathwork (Pranayama), yin and vinyasa flow, and deep rest (Yoga Nidra), you’ll find balance, renewal, and ease. All levels are welcome.
