Start your weekend with breath-led movement and time to ground.
This six-week Saturday course offers a consistent space to reconnect with your body, build strength and ease, and move with greater awareness — gently easing into the quieter rhythms of the season.
Each session includes grounding breathwork, mindful warm-ups, sun salutations, flowing sequences and time for rest and reflection.
The pace is steady and adaptable, with plenty of options so you can move in a way that suits how you feel on the day.
New to yoga? Returning to the mat after a while? Or simply looking for time for yourself? This session is for you.
£60 for the 6-week course
Class size is kept to 12, small group for spacious movement and comfort.
