Service Description
A two-hour mini retreat offering space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself. Through pranayama, yin yoga, vinyasa flow and yoga nidra, we’ll move between stillness and flow, creating opportunities for renewal, balance and ease. The practice concludes with herbal tea and time to simply be. All levels welcome.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Payment All classes and courses are payable at the time of booking to secure your place. As an independent teacher running small-group, spacious sessions, I aim to keep pricing accessible while also covering the real costs of running each class. For this reason, a small portion of each booking helps cover unavoidable payment processing and studio costs. Thank you for supporting a way of teaching that values care, autonomy and sustainability. Cancellations by you • Cancellations more than 48 hours before the session You will receive a refund of 95% of the booking fee. The remaining 5% covers non-refundable payment processing costs. • Late cancellations and no-shows Cancellations within 48 hours of the session, and no-shows, are non-refundable, as studio hire and preparation costs are already committed. If something unexpected happens, you’re welcome to get in touch — while refunds can’t be promised in these situations, I’ll always respond with care where I can. Cancellations by me If I need to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund (100%) or the option to transfer your booking to another session. 18 Jan 2026
