A Quiet Hour of Yin

This 60-minute Yin Yoga session offers a quieter, floor-based practice where poses are held for longer, inviting the body to soften and the mind to become more attentive. For some, this feels deeply calming. For others, it can feel quietly challenging — an opportunity to meet sensation, stillness and breath with curiosity rather than effort.

 

Yin works with the deeper connective tissues, supporting joint health, circulation and mobility, while also offering space to downshift from the pace of everyday life.

 

Each session moves gently and unhurriedly, with simple options throughout so you can practise in a way that suits how you feel on the day.

New to yoga, returning after a break, or simply looking for a steadier way to move — you’re warmly welcome.

 

Small group setting for comfort, spaciousness and ease.

🧺 Mats and blocks are available at the studio. Feel free to bring a bolster or blanket if you’d like a little extra support — not essential.
